An introduction to the basics of classical ballet, the concepts of core stability, turn-out, flexibility, posture and placement. Through a fun warm up and barre work, the students will learn basic coordination and alignment needed for the centre work at the end of each class. Each session will allow students to become comfortable with the difficult ballet style and gain confidence. First Time?
